If you purchase a product, service, or subscription, you agree to provide accurate payment information. Payments may be processed by third party providers (for example, Stripe). Pricing, taxes, and availability may change.

Subscription benefits are available while your subscription is active and in good standing. If a payment fails, access may be limited until the issue is resolved.

7. Limitations of Liability

Athlete Recruit Prep is not liable for errors in AI responses, recruiting outcomes, data loss, service interruptions, payment processing issues outside our control, or indirect damages.

We may suspend or terminate your account for violations of these terms, suspected fraud, abuse of the platform, or misuse of AI features.

11. Bonus Credits

Athlete Recruit Prep may offer bonus credits as a courtesy reward for actions such as logging in, completing your profile, reading content, or other platform activities. Bonus credits have no cash value and are not redeemable for cash or any form of monetary compensation.

Bonus credits are subject to expiration as determined by the platform's current settings and may only be applied toward eligible features within the platform. Credits are non-transferable and may not be shared, gifted, or sold.

Athlete Recruit Prep reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the bonus credit program at any time, including adjusting credit amounts, earning conditions, expiration windows, or eligible features, without prior notice. Credits may be revoked in cases of suspected fraud, abuse, or violation of these Terms of Service. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of any updates to the credit program.

Bonus credits are a courtesy benefit with no guaranteed monetary value.
Credits expire based on the platform's current expiration policy (visible in your account).
Credits on Free plan accounts are tracked but may only be usable upon upgrading to a paid plan.
Abuse or manipulation of credit-earning conditions may result in forfeiture and account review.

12. Referral Program

Athlete Recruit Prep may offer a referral program that allows users to earn rewards by inviting others to create accounts. Referral rewards are provided as a courtesy and have no cash value. Participation in the referral program is subject to the following conditions:

Referrals must result in a verified new account to be counted toward rewards.
Self-referral, duplicate accounts, and fraudulent signups are strictly prohibited and will result in disqualification.
Only one referral code may be applied per account at signup.
Rewards are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or applied outside the platform.
Referral rewards may be subject to offer windows, expiration dates, and minimum conversion requirements.
Abuse of the referral system, including incentivizing low-quality signups, may result in forfeiture of all rewards and account suspension.

Athlete Recruit Prep reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the referral program at any time, including changing reward types, amounts, eligibility criteria, and verification requirements, without prior notice. Continued participation in the referral program constitutes acceptance of these terms and any future updates.
